The heart of the property has been reimagined with expanded dining rooms that open directly onto ocean views, blurring the line between indoors and out. These spaces now feel lighter, airier, and more in tune with the coastline that surrounds them.

The Great House also now includes a new meeting and event venue capable of hosting up to 170 guests, positioning Grotto Bay as an increasingly viable option for small conferences, incentive travel, and destination gatherings. It’s a subtle but important evolution for a resort that has traditionally leaned leisure-first, without losing its sense of place.

Above it all sits one of the most notable additions: the Panorama Lounge. The outdoor, covered rooftop bar delivers uninterrupted, 180-degree views across the water, stretching out toward Castle Islands.
