This boutique hotel really won me over with its exposed stone walls and vintage character, but its chic modern design and prime Old Montreal waterfront setting completely sealed the deal!

It had rustic-chic decor with brick and stone walls, beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, and elegant vintage-inspired furnishings, creating a warm, romantic, and sophisticated feel that made my stay really enjoyable!

With a luxury bed dressed in premium linens, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a modern bathroom with upscale toiletries, my standard guest room was beautiful—but the large arched warehouse windows framing the St. Lawrence River stole the spotlight!

Before leaving I sat around a cozy fire pit with a melon cocktail in hand while gazing at the skyline rooftop terrace and explored the central Old Montreal where I was just steps from the waterfront, lively cafés, boutique shops, and Notre-Dame Basilica.

My favorite highlights…

My photo of my stay in Old Port (Vieux-Port) – I loved that the area was one of the most buzzing parts of the city!

This stylish boutique hotel stole my heart—set in a restored 18th-century building with only 10 uniquely designed modern rooms, it offered an intimate, highly personalized stay!

I loved its contemporary-chic look—exposed stone walls, rich wood accents, modern furnishings, and warm ambient lighting that made the space feel intimate, stylish, and effortlessly upscale.

My guest room combined traditional and modern design with exposed brick walls, dark wooden beams, a cozy fireplace, a cushioned leather bed dressed in crisp white linens, a flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a trendy coffee maker, but my favorite feature was the striking floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the cobblestone streets below.

My mornings began with a complimentary gourmet breakfast in the cozy stone-walled bistro, and evenings ended with traditional Italian dishes on the hidden patio, perfectly placed in central Old Montreal near the waterfront, trendy restaurants, and boutique shops!

For me, this elegant Old Montreal boutique hotel was a standout—housed in a historic 19th-century building with charming character rooms and a fine rooftop terrace overlooking the city!

Classic-meets-contemporary decor, accented by rich wood, upscale furnishings, and warm, sophisticated lighting, which I thought made the space feel both romantic and timeless.

With a queen bed dressed in high-thread-count linens, exposed brick or stone walls, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a marble-accented bathroom, my guest room was gorgeous—but the French windows opening to a wrought-iron balcony stole the show.

I sipped cocktails on the rooftop terrace at sunset over Old Montreal and the St. Lawrence River, and enjoyed creative European-Canadian cuisine at the onsite French Restaurant and Verses Bistro—just steps from the waterfront and historic landmarks.

This sleek, modern high-rise boutique stood out for its hi-tech urban vibe and stylish design, with a minimalist-modern look of warm black-and-white tones, oak accents, and floor-to-ceiling windows that filled the rooms with light for a cosmopolitan feel.

With floor-to-ceiling windows, a king bed dressed in luxury linens, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, HDTV with complimentary Netflix, touch-panel lighting, a Nespresso machine, and a marble bathroom with heated floors and a rainfall shower, my room was a stunner—but I thought the best part was the bathroom’s glass walls that turned opaque at the touch of a button.

I sipped cocktails and enjoyed inventive, upscale British-inspired dishes with a Quebec twist at the hotel’s chic Bar George, set in the mansion’s wood-paneled former dining room with soaring ceilings and vintage portraits.
