A New Condo-Hotel Just Opened Its Doors in Punta Cana
Archipelago International, Southeast Asia’s largest privately owned hotel management group, has debuted its first Dominican Republic property in partnership with Noval Properties.
The new Reserva Real by HARPER is set inside Punta Cana’s Cocotal Golf & Country Club, blending Mediterranean-inspired design with Caribbean touches. The look is modeled on the pastel colors and architecture of Portofino, reimagined for a Dominican setting.
The project represents a significant step in Archipelago’s expansion into the Caribbean and Latin America, with Punta Cana selected as a showcase destination for its HARPER brand.
Reserva Real offers a mix of suite categories designed to suit long-stay travelers, couples and digital nomads. Options range from studios with kitchenettes to one- and two-bedroom suites with dining areas, balconies and flexible layouts.
A mezzanine studio offers a practical setup for solo guests.
The property includes five pools, among them a rooftop pool and lounge with wide-angle views. Guests can access Cocotal’s 27-hole golf course at preferential rates, while wellness amenities range from a modern gym to a massage center. The resort also operates a private Cielo Beach Club, complete with shuttle service, dining and seaside lounging.
Direct access to an on-site shopping plaza rounds out the resort’s emphasis on convenience for extended stays.
The best part? Prices are below $100 per night right now.
