VIP packages: How to book hospitality packages for your next gig trip or big day out

For those willing to pay, booking a VIP package for highly-anticipated concerts, such as Taylor Swift’s Eras tour, is an increasingly attractive prospect. For one, it makes it much more likely that you’ll bag a ticket in the first instance, as they tend to sell out more slowly than general admission, which are often long gone before most people are even graced with the chance to buy (we haven’t forgotten the 2025 Oasis tour debate).

It’s also a better deal than resorting to purchasing tickets from resale platforms, where prices are often dramatically inflated above face value. It means that at least your extra cash affords you decent perks such as unfettered views of the action (there’s little more disappointing than waiting months for the big day only to be stuck with zero visibility behind the tallest individual in the building), better seats, queue jumps and complementary food and drinks.

For larger events such as The Olympics, Wimbledon, Chelsea Flower Show and the races, the ante is upped further. We’ve found hospitality packages including luxuries from transportation and accommodation to lavish four-course menus from Michelin-starred chefs including Tom Sellers and Michel Roux – a special day out indeed.

Below we’ve rounded up where to buy the choicest tickets to 2026’s hottest events – including Wimbledon and the Winter Olympics, some of the UK’s best festivals and artists’ tours, plus summer staples such as Ascot and the Chelsea Flower Show.

The Winter Olympics

The 2024 Paris Olympics was the first time the sports event used a single partner to manage its hospitality programme, which increased the quality and consistency of the offering considerably. On Location will return to run the hospitality offering for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Cortina, Milan in February next year. There are a variety of packages ranging from those offering welcome gifts, drinks and snacks and premium seating through to comprehensive overnight experiences comprising accommodation, transport to and from games, access to exclusive hospitality lounges and prime tickets with far-reaching views over the slopes and finish lines.
